MLK Celebration Week

Every year, members of the 黑料社区 community join together for a series of events that celebrates three aspects of the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. faith, advocacy and service.

This year, Augustana centered its programming around a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.'s 淟etter from a Birmingham Jail in April 1963, which read, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly.
