After five years, the with the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Biology Department is transitioning to a STEM Research Camp for rising 6th and 7th graders, where campers will tackle several week-long lab experiments, dissections and field research experiments at the Great Plains Zoo and Outdoor Campus in Sioux Falls.
The camp will be limited to just five students, so they can step into the shoes of real university scientists!
How to Apply
Interested students need to record a fun 1-2 minute video on their phone telling us about themselves, their STEM interests and why they would like to be an Augustana research camper for a week!
Send your video to sally.mallowa@augie.edu. The subject line of the email should include: YOUR NAME, GRADE, Augustana Middle School Research Camp Video
Those who are selected will receive an email with more exciting details, including the schedule and link to officially register by May 15.
