�������� has been named a top regional university by . Augustana is ranked No. 9 in Best Regional Universities in the Midwest and listed in other Best Regional Universities Midwest categories, including No. 8 in Best Undergraduate Teaching and No. 9 in Best Value.

�������� student Janai Crawford �23, of Tea, South Dakota, is pre-physical therapy, majoring in exercise science on her way to earning a Master of Science in athletic training (MSAT). Crawford wants to become a physical therapist and specialize in sports medicine. This summer, she fulfilled a goal that had been years in the making � securing an internship with in Melbourne, Australia.

�������� is set to welcome one of its largest incoming classes in Academic Year 2022-23. More than 550 full-time undergraduate students have declared their intent to embark on a bold future at �������� this fall. 

�������� student Andrew Kronaizl �23, of Vermillion, South Dakota, is a journalism and English major. He is interning at South Dakota Public Broadcasting (SDPB) in downtown Sioux Falls, where he is reporting, as well as producing radio news stories.

Each year, Alumni Achievement Awards are presented to �������� alumni who have made outstanding contributions to their fields of endeavor, communities and/or churches. The Horizon Award recognizes young alumni who have graduated within the last 15 years and quickly demonstrated outstanding vocational achievement and provided faithful service to their community and/or church. Recipients of both awards must exemplify one of the shared core values of the university: Christian faith, liberal arts, excellence, community or service.
